Dharana is a space to reconnect with your body,
emotions, thoughts and all that needs attention.
How it unfolds
Not a rigid time-intensive program at all. Typically host in-person interactions in small cohorts on a rolling basis.
Through retreats and workshops, we’ve created a space where people can:
- step away from constant doing
- begin to notice their patterns
- and experience what it feels like to be more grounded
These are not just workshops or sessions. They are spaces where:
- Thoughts and things become clearer
- Non-serving patterns begin to dissolve
- Returns one to their true self or where they truly belong
This sacred space includes, but is not limited to clearings, Reiki, and deep healing modalities.
